Hi there, I'm Kianna, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in the state of Florida. I want to congratulate you on taking a bold step towards your healing process! I have a passion for helping others, being an active listener, providing a safe space, and assisting others in difficult times.
I have experience working with teenagers, young adults, and adults through the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I desire to assist clients in identifying their purpose in life, identifying beliefs and perceptions of the self and challenging negative beliefs, while creating goals to assist clients during their journey in the therapeutic experience.
